Headless builds running on WooCommerce

Four commerce brands (names withheld)

The challenge.

Standard WooCommerce themes are slow, and their checkout and event layers are difficult to instrument properly, which is where most e-commerce measurement quietly breaks.

What we did.

Headless builds on WooCommerce: the storefront is rendered separately from the commerce backend, so page speed and the tracking layer are both under direct control rather than inherited from a theme.

The details
that mattered.

  • Storefront decoupled from the commerce backend
  • Conversion and event tracking authored rather than inherited from a theme
  • Product and category templates built for crawlability
